At the inception of each client relationship, we design a cleaning program that facilitates our ability to provide the requested services in a cost-effective manner. We track all requests to determine if patterns exist that warrant a cleaning program alteration or addition.
Because we value establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, we're glad to provide what we like to call "above and beyond" service. That means if clients ask us to do something that isn't normally part of our cleaning program-such as pick up mail or newspapers, or clean out coffee pots-we're glad to do it.
