Professional Maintenance Systems was founded in 1982 in the heart of downtown San Diego. As the city developed and changed PMS grew right along with it, building a reputation for professionalism and exceptional service.
PMS is a true local company. While other janitorial companies set up suites in San Diego or diversified into landscaping and security in order to increase their client base, we chose to specialize in janitorial and floor care services and expanded within San Diego.
