How often do managers visit each building?
We have a higher ratio of District Managers per account than any other major company in San Diego. Our managers are onsite at every building we clean at least twice a week, and more often for our higher-profile clients.
How do you recruit new employees, and what is your turnover rate?
We recruit employees from the existing labor force; many come recommended to us by current employees. We check references on all prospective employees, along with all paperwork regarding immigration status. Our turnover rate is among the lowest in the industry. Half of our 450 employees have been with us for more than three years; 75 have more than eight years of service.
Do you offer green cleaning?

Are you available to provide emergency cleaning services?
Absolutely. All clients have 24/7 access to our service department. After normal business hours, calls are answered by a service we have used for eight years. Two managers are always available by pagers.
